Confinement meals part 1

During confinement, I had quite a variety of food. I had 5 meals a day and most of them were soup. These are some of the soup prepared for me:

Who's the BOSS?

This little baby will not let us rest. Its hard work to make sure his needs are met. Even after having his milk, he won't go to sleep. We had to sing, carry him around or rock him to sleep.

Feeding time!

We're feeding Jaron with Mamex Gold from Dumex. And he needs to be fed every 2 hrs (more or less). He'll scream for his milk everytime. This little baby has got no patience.

Making faces

I just love watching him especially when he sleeps. He kept me entertained because even as he sleeps he'll be making faces. 2 weeks had passed by. Its a joy to watch him grow.

Jaron's 1st Week

Jaron arrived!

Our baby arrived on 18th January 2008, 10.50am at Normah Medical Specialist Centre. It was a very long & tiring labour. I was admitted around 7pm on 17th January 2008. The whole night I was in pain and could not relax or rest. I had epidural injections around 7am the next morning because the pain was unbearable. Jaron was safely delivered by natural birth. He came out crying but immediately stopped when the nurse wrapped him up with a towel. When Tan called out his name, Jaron looked up and he took this photo. Here's his first photo in the delivery room.I stayed another night at the ward. The lower half of my body still numb till the next morning. At least I get to have a good sleep that night. Jaron slept in another room and taken care by the doc & nurse.
